An independent producer of plush toys & fan-made goods, ready to help fulfill your dream of making & selling plush toys of your original characters

Fuwari Town is an independent plush maker that began as a project producing fan-made plush toys for shows that lacked official merchandise, and has expanded our product offerings to include services to help independent creators make plush toys of their original characters. Our plush toys are factory produced with quality minky fabric and machine embroidered details, in collaboration with an experienced, reputable partner factory that offers a variety of features including: pose-able parts, hollow shapes, and realistically constructed clothing to help bring your character to life. What makes us unique from other plush manufacturing services is that we offer increased flexibility to make each project a true collaboration with the client and commitment to the long-term. Not only allowing you to sell from your own store front, but making it easy to restock; just email us saying which designs you need and we'll get things started for you.
We now offer help producing plush toys for original projects!
Do you have an original character you'd love to make and sell plush toys of?Whether you don't know where to start, find the process intimidating, or are just too busy creating new material to navigate the production process, we can help you. We'll work with you to create a model sheet & prototype, speak with the manufacturers on your behalf, and help you with the calculations to find the sales price & order size that works best for you.

We offer order flexible packages to reduce barriers, whether you order the prototype right away, or need help making the investment. Our process starts with communicating with you to determine what you want and creating the model sheets based on your input. Once you approve it, we can order the prototype. The initial prototype takes 1-2 weeks to make, when we receive the photos we'll send them to you for approval, and relay any changes you want made.

Once you've approved the prototype, you have two options:
Either place the bulk order right away, or open pre-orders to fund the bulk order.Don't worry, no matter which you choose, we'll help you with pricing and even bundling your other items to take full advantage of the opportunity to cross sell.If you decide you want to re-stock a sold out design it's even easier, just send us an email. One of our core philosophies is that everyone should get a chance to buy a plush of their favourite character, and we know how disappointing it is to discover a project after a limited edition product has sold out. So we make it easy to create more supply to meet demand, even years later.

We offer different packages based on your needs, whether you have your own online store, do in-person events, or would prefer somebody else handle order fulfillment. Our commission rates vary based on the package you choose, while still ensuring fair payment for both of us.We love seeing people's reactions to their creations being brought to life, or to being able to hold their favourite character, and strive to use what we love to do to make the manufacturing process as simple as possible for you, so you can focus on doing what you love to do. We look forward to working with you
We've already successfully funded and produced plush toys both alone & in collaboration with othersOur first solo project, the tail contains a wire so it can be bent into shape, the large horns are hollow with internal reinforcement to allow them to hold their shape, and the clothes are separate pieces from the body

This and the above plush were initially produced as fan-made merchandise funded by online pre-orders, however the series creator has since ordered a batch of each to sell at in-person events

Norma has been our most ambitious project to date, featuring more complicated details, including an outfit with a removable coat to match certain scenes from the original show.

Our first project was made in collaboration with another individual, with both of us contributing at each stage of the designing, prototyping, & production process. This plush was stylised to match existing plush toys for other characters, and featured a wire in the neck to allow it to pose, and a zipper pouch to emulate the character's portal magic
